By booking any tour package with Bharat Bindu Tour & Travels, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. All bookings are made subject to availability and final confirmation by the company.
• 30%% advance payment is required for confirming your booking.
• 30% after receiving hotel booking vouchers.
• 40% after pickup and hotel check-in on the first day.
• Failure to pay on time will result in automatic cancellation.
• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or online payment link.
• Website payment gateway charges may apply.
• Website booking may charge full payment at once.
• Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Rates are not valid for long weekends or festive seasons.
• Vehicles will operate as per the itinerary only and are not for disposal.
• We reserve the right to change rates or products without prior notice.
• Costs arising from natural calamities or political events are borne by the client.
• No refund will be provided in case of epidemics or lockdowns.
• Accepting a quotation confirms that you’ve read and agreed to all terms, payment, and cancellation policies.
• Early check-in/out depends on hotel availability and may incur charges.
• If the booked hotel is sold out, a similar category hotel will be arranged.
• Rates may change based on room category or availability.
• Full airfare payment must be made at the time of booking flights.
Bharat Bindu Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or natural calamities. Alternative arrangements will be made if possible, but additional expenses will be borne by the customer.
• Request changes at least 12 days before travel via email.
• No charge for date change; hotel/transport availability applies.
• No changes allowed within 10 days of travel.
• Advance amount can be used within 1 year of payment date.
We act only as an agent for transportation, hotels, and other services, and therefore, we are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay caused by third-party providers.
All prices are exclusive of applicable GST. Government taxes and fees are subject to change as per policy.
